Product Description
La costeña chilies are carefully processed and packaged to ensure the greatest quality.First, fresh chilies are carefully inspected for quality. The chilies, which include jalapeños, serranos and chipotles are selected from the best fields in Mexico.
Once the chilies pass the first inspection, they proceed to the cleaning process, where things like dust and leaves are removed. Chilies like jalapeños need to be pickled in a special vinegar marinade, La Costeña prepares its own all natural pure cane vinegar mix to give its chilies their unique flavour.
After the chilies are pickled and canned, they are hermetically sealed, coded with the production date and finally submitted to a thermal process to assure quality and a long shelf life.
The entire process is carried out with the highest available technology to bring you the freshest and best tasting chilies available.
