How much do you charge for shipping and how long will it take?

Shipping charges are set by UPS, these charges vary greatly depending on the size and weight of your package, as well as the distance your package will be shipped.

Our warehouse is in San Diego, CA, therefore, packages sent to Southern California usually arrive within 1 business day of shipment, while packages to the Northeast US take around 5-6 business days.

Please be aware that UPS does not work on Saturday or Sunday.

You can check an estimate for shipping costs by simply adding the desired products to your shopping cart and adding your postal code information (Please be sure to select UPS Standard to Canada if you are shipping to Canada).

Items usually ship within 24-48 business hours of placing your order. If you have any special deadline when ordering, we kindly request that you let us know and that you order within a reasonable timeframe so that your items can arrive on time via the selected shipping option.

Why does your website say that shipping charges are only an estimate? Will I get charged more for shipment than was quoted?

Shipping charges are set by UPS and not by My Mexican Pantry. When you input your address information UPS provides you a quote of shipping charges based on a weight and size estimate of your package.

Once your item is actually packed and ready to ship, costs for your shipment might actually be lower than estimated. In these cases your credit card will be billed the lower amount for shipment. This discount may also appear as a credit to your account. You will however -never- be charged more than the amount quoted by UPS when placing your order.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

Yes we can also ship to APO and FPO addresses. However, UPS does not provide shipping services to these places and your order will go through without shipping charges levied.

Shipping charges for APO/FPO orders are billed separately and are always sent via USPS. Before billing your card we will always send you an email detailing the additional shipping charges.

I live outside of the USA and Canada and the UPS rates quoted in your website are very steep, why are charges so high?

International shipping rates are unfortunately quite high, we are as disappointed by this as you are as this means less potential business for us !

There are however some options to avoid these high shipping charges:

- If your package can fit within a 11 x 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 inch box we can ship worldwide via USPS for 45usd.

- If your package fits within a 12 x 12 x 5 1/2 inch box we can ship worldwide via USPS for 57usd.

Please be aware that your order might be subjected to additional customs duties or restrictions. Also, in the case that your package held or denied by customs, the customer is responsible for any applicable shipping costs (merchandise will be refunded).

How do I place an order if I don't live in the US or Canada?

As mentioned in the previous question, when you want to place an order from outside of North America, you must bear in mind that shipping costs are high and hugely dependent on the size and weight of your package. The best way to keep shipping costs down is to pick items that are either light weight or that can fit within the box sizes mentioned.

To place your order, you can either email the details of your order and your billing information to sales@mymexicanpantry.com, or you can also place your order through our secure website and pick UPS shipment, your card will naturally not be billed the amount quoted by UPS, you would only be billed the USPS rate as we do not ship via UPS outside of the US and Canada.

Please be aware that your order might be subjected to additional customs duties or restrictions.

I live in Canada and I was billed by UPS for shipment before my package was released, didn't I already pay for shipment?

Orders to Canada may be subject to Canadian customs duties. These are unfortunately out of our control. We naturally do all in our power to properly document your shipment as to prevent any unwarranted charges.

Dear customer:
Our site requires a $15 usd minimum order (you can order a mix of any product). Orders above $100 can only be shipped to the billing address on file with your credit card company. During checkout, our site will provide you with an estimate of shipping and handling charges. In the event that the shipping charges are lower, we will adjust your shipping rate to the lower amount. Our goal is to process all orders within a 24-72 hour period of receipt of order do to the origin of the products being from Mexico. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM PST, excluding holidays US/MEXICAN).

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an e-mail which will include the tracking number(s) for your order and instructions on how you can keep track of your order on-line. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery of your order.

If for any reason there is a problem with your shipment, please contact sales@mymexicanpantry.com within 15 days of placing your order. Otherwise, MyMexicanPantry.com will not be liable for any further delays or problems with delivery.

My Mexican Pantry reserves the right to hold any order for credit/debit card security review. If your order is affected you will be notified within three business days.

For customers requiring next day service, please select "UPS Next Day Air" at check out and submit your order before 12:00pm PST Monday - Thursday. The 24-72 hour processing period still applies since our products originate from Mexico.

Note: For orders outside of the USA and Canada, please visit our FAQ section. It is important to note that import taxes and charges are NOT included in the price of your order. The majority of shipments are delivered free of customs taxes and duties however occasionally the destination country's customs agency may select your shipment for assessment and could charge these duties and taxes. This charge varies from country to country and will not be covered by My Mexican Pantry. The customer is responsible for shipping costs should any package be held or denied by Customs.

Nuestro sitio requiere una compra minima de $15 usd (puede ser una combinacion de cualquier producto). Los pedidos mayores a $100 solo pueden ser enviados a la direccion donde recibe sus estados de cuenta bancarios. Durante la compra nuestro sitio le proporcionara un estimado de los cargos por envío. En dado caso que el costo de su envío sea menor al estipulado al generar usted su orden, nosotros ajustaremos el costo de envio al menor precio. La mayoria de los pedidos son procesados en un periodo no mayor a 24-72 horas, esté periodo es debido al origen de nuestros productos que vienen desde Mexico. Todos los pedidos son procesados y enviados en horas láborales de Lunes a Viernes de 8:00am a 5:00pm hora del pacifico excepto días festivos Estadunidenses y Mexicanos.

Una vez que su pedido haya sido procesado se le comunicará mediante correo electrónico su numero de rastreo para que pueda consultar la fecha de entrega. El tiempo de entrega de su paquete puede variar de 5 a 10 días para ser entregado.

Mi Alacena Mexicana puede demorar su pedido para verificar información de su tarjeta de crédito o debito, si su pedido es afectado se le comunicará en un periodo no mayor a tres días hábiles.

Si por algun motivo hay un problema con su envio, por favor haganolo saber dentro de los 15 dias siguientes a la realizacion de su pedido a la siguiente direccion: sales@mymexicanpantry.com . De lo contrario, no nos hacemos responsables por cualquier demora o problema adicional en la recepcion de su pedido.

Para clientes que requieran servicio de entrega al siguiente dia, favor de elegir "UPS Next Day Air" en la seccion de "Check Out" Su compra debe ser realizada antes de las 12:00pm hora del Pacifico de Lunes a Jueves para poder brindarle este servicio. El pedido de proceso de pedidos a un aplica este siendo un lapso de 24-72 horas para ser procesado, ya que nuestros productos vienen desde México.
